Because our products are food and dairy-related products, customer safety and product hygiene are extremely important to us.

1. Returns

Returns are generally not accepted for products that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the product received.

After verification, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

4. Cancellation
